Jessica Patterson-Hill, MEd, LPCC

I completed my Master’s of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas in 1999, before returning home to New Mexico.  While at UNT I majored in Play Therapy and Minored in Community Agency Counseling.  I have spent the last 18 years working as an Individual and Family Therapist in Bernalillo and Torrance Counties, practicing primarily from a Rogerian Person-Centered approach combined with Bowen’s Family System work.  I take each individual or family as the unique being(s) that they are and will modify my clinical approach as needed, pulling from various other theoretical approaches as needed to best meet the needs and goals of the person/people I am working with. I will work with you to attain the changes that you want to make in your life in the healthiest, most holistic way possible. I view my work as a privileged opportunity to be a part of your journey in this life and will work hard along with you to meet your goals.
