Reiki
Reiki is an Japanese energy practice gaining recognition in the United States. It focuses on universal energy and the transmission or exchange of energy. The word Reiki can be translated as “universal life force” and Reiki practice focuses on opening and balancing an individual’s flow of energy through the body.
